Our manufacturer switched over to the greenest energy source they could. Not only is all of their energy 100% green, our supplier uses wind and sun energy to provide Vegan Society-approved energy. This means that every capsule that comes out of our ISO Class 8 cleanroom has been made with clean, renewable energy.
We use 100% biodegradable tubs. The base material for these new tubs is a vegetal-origin polymer obtained from starch and sugar cane fermentation, making it a renewable source material. This raw material comes from excess sugar capacity in developing countries in Southeast Asia, helping farmers in rural areas with more stable sugar prices.
During the manufacture of our new tubs, the carbon footprint is approximately 75% lower than the carbon footprint of conventional plastic bottles and 90% of a glass bottle.
After the tub has fulfilled its life as a supplement tub, it can be reused or composted. The optimal treatment is composting. In this case, 90% of the packaging will have biodegraded in 6 months or less.
The capsules that we use are made from either plant-derived hydroxyl propyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) or vegetable pullulan. HPMC capsules are pH-independent and so have delayed disintegration with enteric properties. This ensures a higher survival rate of active ingredients from the stomach acid, so they can be absorbed in the intestines.
HPMC capsules meet both religious and dietary exclusion standards, allowing them to be suitable across a broader range of people. The capabilities of creating unique and beneficial blends are diverse and flexible, even with small amounts of natural fillers like alfalfa or whole food powders. Meticulous encapsulation methods such as these give therapists confidence in a purer product for their patients

Sourcing good-quality, non-GMO ingredients is a primary focus when formulating, and every ingredient we use comes to us with full traceability, right back to the soil or laboratory it was created in.

Pathology, biotransformation, bioavailability, and interactions lead on to formulating the best complexes possible. Our manufacturer don’t just “make supplements”; they create them with care.

Quality
Our Manufacturer has 4 HACCP (Hazard analysis and critical control point) trained staff members and a HACCP system in place to guarantee the safety of products. Part of this system includes testing incoming herbal ingredients before use for microbial contamination by an independent lab to ensure they are safe and fit for human consumption and do not contain harmful bacteria.
Ingredients are also checked for other criteria and only get released for production if they conform to all specified criteria. We have a strict quality control procedure in place with our Quality Inspectors performing regular QC checks along the production line to ensure complete compliance to the product specification and accepted quality standards. Capsules that do not meet the standards are rejected. Documentation of every batch is kept for complete traceability and products are only released after each passes rigorous quality checks.
We cannot guarantee exactly when the item will be back in stock, but we do everything we can to replenish our stock as quickly as possible.

If Hexagon Medics accepts your order, please allow us 7 to 14 working days to deliver the goods to you, subject to stock availability. However, in most cases, the goods will be with you before that time. Delivery dates are only estimates, and Hexagon Medics does not guarantee delivery within any such time and shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or performance.
We deliver to the whole UK territory (except the Channel Islands) and use the means of delivery and transport that provide the best and quickest service for each area. If your product is lost or damaged in transit, you must make your claim in writing. Damaged products must be retained in case we need to inspect them. For failed deliveries, please wait 10 working days in case of delays.
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item according to local and European law within 14 (fourteen) days after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all items that are offered and purchased on this website. To withdraw from a purchase, you must notify us by letter or email to arrange collection of the item. There is no need to give any reason for the withdrawal; however, to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the item in the same condition in which it was delivered to you within a 14-day period after giving notice.

If the withdrawal is made in the above manner, the purchase contract for the item is cancelled, and we shall refund your money within 28 (twenty-eight) days from your notice. The only exception would be if you have used the item excessively or improperly, i.e. not just tested if it is right for the intended purposes; in such a case, you have to pay the loss value of the item and the shipping costs.
We will give you a full refund of the return charge if you had to return the goods because of our mistake. These terms do not affect your legal statutory rights.
When placing an order with us on our website, we treat it as an offer to buy and will send an email confirmation of the order. If the order is accepted, the product will be dispatched, at which point we enter into a legal contract with you. Payment is processed at the time the goods are dispatched. We have the right to choose not to accept any order; in this case we will contact you to advise you of this fact.
